19 weeks!

One more week and I'll be halfway!  We are heading to the doctor on December 13 to find out if Will is going to have a little brother or little sister!  Can't wait!

16 weeks and Marine Corps Birthday Ball

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for the 236th birthday of the Marine Corps.  We had a nice time visiting with friends and celebrating.  Here's a glimpse of us all "dolled up".

Us looking all pretty!

15 weeks and feeling it!

15 weeks... almost to the 4 month mark!  WOW!  That's fast!  We should find out around 20 weeks what we're having.  I'm getting anxious... serious perks either way, so I'm excited too!  Yah!

Aquarium

Last week we went to the Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores with a few of our friends!  Will loves the aquarium, especially the 306,000-gallon Living Shipwreck exhibit that has sharks, fish, an eel and a sea turtle!  I think he could sit there all day and watch the fish, especially if the divers are  in the exhibit like they were when we were there!  He gave a high five to a diver... I think that made his day!  :)
Getting ready to start our excursion with Mea and Parker.

Mea and Will checking out the divers and fish.

Will LOVED this turtle!  Mommy did too.  :)

Checking out the otters.

Taking a break while watching the otters.

One of the rays that Will wouldn't touch!

Look at the fish Mommy!

Will and Mea discussing the types of fish they see.  HA!

Arts and Crafts

Will and I have been trying to do one "learning" project a day (during the week) and it's working out so far.  We are still trying to get into a groove as to what projects are suitable for an ALMOST 2.5 year old (YIKES!)  He loves the special time to work on something that is just his and likes to display his works of art around the house.  You can tell how proud he is of the things he's made and even showing off his new knowledge to Daddy!  He's such an intelligent little guy already, I'm afraid of JUST how smart he'll be one day.

I bought some air dry clay and a bunch of assorted decorations and we made magnets!  Will had so much fun taking all the objects and pushing them into the clay.   He cried for about 15 minutes when Mommy said it was time to stop (I was tired of making clay cutouts!  haha )  They dried overnight and I glued magnets on the back the next day.  He goes to the refrigerator at least once a day saying "Look at this Mommy!  Look at this!  That's Will's!  Good job Will!"  :)

Showing off our work space.

Cheesing for the camera comes naturally!

Hey, this is kinda cool Mom!

Getting to work.
