Hello Fall!
I think we can officially say "Fall has arrived"! After the rain and flooding last week, we've settled into temperatures with highs in the 60/70s and lows in the 50s! YES! HELLO FALL! We welcome you with open arms and zipped up jackets!
To celebrate, Will and I are going to make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies after his nap (and a trip to the store). We'll see how ours turn out....and how well letting a 15 month old help goes. :) Wish us luck!

Let me know where you find canned pumpkin! The New River commissary said it's a "seasonal" item and they wouldn't get any in until closer to Thanksgiving. The cookies sound delish!

ReplyDeleteWe found the canned pumpkin at the Wal Mart near New River. They had it on the end of the baking isle and I walked by it a few times before I saw it!! There were only a few cans left...I should really stock up on some! :)
ReplyDeleteThey turned out WONDERFULLY! I took them into the squadron today for the pasta lunch.
